• Exhibition Date

  October 3rd, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. – October 5th, 2023 at 3:00 p.m.

• Venue

  Sendai International Center 2F Sakura Hall

• Booth

  • One exhibition booth: W3.0m ×D3.0m×H2.4m
  • Equipment: Booth, Desk, Chairs
  • Other: Power supply and Wi-Fi are available. The details of booth equipment are still under consideration and may be changed.
  • Voltage: 100V/200V. An extension cord will be provided to the booth area. Exhibitors are requested to prepare their own extension cords to their booths and conversion plugs.

• Costs

  One exhibition booth: ¥300,000 (tax exempt)
  • Includes venue and booth set-up/removal costs.
  • Exhibitors are responsible for the cost of production, transportation, and labor on the day of the exhibition, etc.

  • All dates are Japan Standard Time (JST).
  • Exhibition Date, Venue and Costs might be subject to change without notice.
  • Please note that the number of visitors to the colloquium may be lower than expected, depending on the situation of the entry restrictions by the government of Japan for the prevention of COVID-19 at the time of the colloquium.
  • We plan to hold an online exhibition only if the colloquium is unavoidably held fully online due to restrictions imposed by the government of Japan or local governments related to COVID-19 in Japan.
  • Exhibits of SCB2, C3, and C4 technologies are recommended, but exhibits related to CIGRE (Large Electric Systems) is acceptable.
